What is Warrior Salt?

Warrior Salt was born because we knew the importance of electrolytes, but couldn’t find any convenient options that tasted great while containing only high-quality, pure ingredients.

We wanted a solution that optimized hydration without adding citric acid, artificial or “natural” flavors, gums, or fillers. Warrior Salt is formulated by athletes, for athletes who know the importance of peak hydration and believe this can be achieved with what nature has given us.

Real Salt, Real Fruit, Real Sugar, Real Performance.

WHY WE'RE DIFFERENT

A HEALTHY CHARGE OF ELECTROLYTES

HOW ELECTROLYTES BENEFIT US

A growing number of studies are showcasing the importance of electrolytes: sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Research shows that a healthy balance of electrolytes impacts far more than just hydration. Here are some of the biggest benefits individuals notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Electrolytes are specific minerals (such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium) that assist in creating electrical charges to contract your muscles. Having low electrolytes can negatively impact performance and recovery, cause muscle cramps and more. They are vital in transporting hydration and other nutrients to your body.

Citric acid is a weak organic acid found in citrus fruits. Unfortunately, the vast majority of citric acid used in electrolytes are produced from GMO corn and other industrial methods. We refuse to use any ingredients that could be sketchy or do not offer any nutritional benefits.

Unfortunately, natural flavors only have to start from a natural source, but are allowed to have up to one hundred chemicals added to them and still be labeled as natural flavors. These "chemicals" do not have to be disclosed so you have no idea what you could be consuming. We only use real fruit powder in our electrolytes because of this.

Warrior Salt contains some sugar (only 10 grams per serving) because sugar has been shown to be a fuel source to help push electrolytes into the bloodstream quickly and efficiently. This is why watermelons and other fruits high in electrolytes also naturally contain sugar. It obviously makes the taste appealing as well!

It can be taken in the morning, approximately 30 minutes before a workout, sipped intra-workout (great for long or intense activity), or post-workout.

1-2 servings is a great starting point, however these all depend on your activity level, how much you sweat and other factors (such as diet, exercise intensity, duration, and climate) that differ with each user.
