Warrior salt balances my pre-run ginger shot in the morning. Blends fast, no stevia (yay!) and no upset stomach on my long runs.

Honestly I really like it. I’ve used it a handful of times, post workout and I used it to help prevent a hangover as well. I love that it doesn’t have the overly sweet flavor. I will be ordering more when I get low.
